The weather today has been somewhat Norwegian, i.e. windy and raining! It wasn’t too bad late morning though, so I took a little drive out to a nearby fishing village, Nusfjord.
Nusfjord is a small village where many of the fishing huts (Rorbu) have been converted into holiday accomodation – very common around Lofoten. The village also has some of the huts dedicated to showing various aspects of the fishing trade around here. Being off season, I didn’t have to pay the small fee that would normally be required to enter the village, and I could wander around without a single other person being there- the downside being all the buildings, the cafe, everything, were closed for winter. Still, it was a quaint little place, so of course I took a few pictures.

On the way back, I took another couple of photo stops. The first was some small waterfalls running off the mountain
And then I stopped off at Flakstad beach for a long-exposure sea-and-rocks picture
